Please remember to change your outside shoes before class, or make sure that your shoes are free of dirt and debris. We want to keep our carpet clean and safe for your workout.
Water
Please have your water in a covered container.

We realize that you're excited to catch up with friends at class, but in-class chatter can be very distracting to fellow students. Please use the foyer.
